Silahkan melakukan pembayaran tagihan Telkom anda melalui berbagai pilihan moda pembayaran seperti ATM,Indomart,Alfamart, mobile banking/internet banking/sms banking, loket pembayaran tagihan Telkom atau melalui email ini dengan klik PayNow.

Mohon abaikan pemberitahuan ini bila Bapak/Ibu telah melakukan pembayaran. Email ini bersifat informasi dan tidak dapat di-reply.

Sebagai info,batas bayar tagihan adalah tanggal 20 setiap bulannya .
Karena sampai batas akhir masa bayar tsb Bapak/Ibu belum melakukan pembayaran, maka Telkom mengenakan denda sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku dan melakukan pemblokiran pada layanan Telkom.

INFO PENTING :

  1. Apabila pelanggan menerima telepon, sms atau info terkait program berhadiah dari Telkom, untuk menghindari kemungkinan penipuan yang mengatasnamakan Telkom, dimohon kesediaannya melakukan konfirmasi ke CallCenter-147(Pulsa lokal).
  2. Bila ada perubahan alamat, nomor telepon atau email, mohon hubungi layanan CallCenter-147(Pulsa lokal).
  3. Dimohon kepada pelanggan untuk tidak memberikan tips kepada petugas pemasangan/perbaikan telepon /IndiHome, karena layanan yang diberikan petugas sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.

 

 

 
*Ketentuan Denda
   
1.
 Pembayaran tgl 5 sd 20 Bulan N : Tidak ada Denda
2.
 Pembayaran tgl 21 sd akhir bulan N : Denda 5% dari total tagihan atau minimal Rp 5.000,00

 Pembayaran tgl 1 sd akhir bulan (N+1)   Denda 10% dari total tagihan atau minimal Rp 10.000,00
4.
 Pembayaran tgl 1 bulan (N+2) sd akhir bulan (N+2) : Denda 10% dari total tagihan atau minimal Rp 15.000,00

Pembayaran tagihan Telkom melalui Tokopedia bisa dilakukan dengan memindai QR code dibawah ini .

PENTING. Bila belum menerima informasi tagihan Telkom Anda 7 (tujuh) hari sebelum tanggal jatuh tempo, harap hubungi CallCenter 147.

Silahkan melakukan pembayaran tagihan Telkom anda melalui berbagai moda pembayaran seperti Autodebet (dari rekening tabungan atau kartu kredit), mobile banking/internet banking/sms banking, dan ATM terdekat, sebelum tanggal jatuh tempo.

Rincian  Tagihan Telkom anda terlampir, gunakan password standard e-statement    123456   .
untuk membuka  lampiran e-statement, gunakan adobe reader versi 7 atau yang lebih baru.
Abaikan, Jika sudah melakukan pembayaran.
